Sound Christian Academy (SCA) is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, experienced Dean of Education to join the Dean of Students, Director of Athletics, Director of Advancement, and Director of Finance in helping chart the course for the next 60 years of providing high quality, biblically based education.
The Dean of Education oversees five Academic Department Chairs, two Division Leads, College & Career Counselor/Registrar, and works closely with two support staff, the Director of Admissions, and the Marketing Communications Manager, among other academic and operational support staff.

Formerly Tacoma Baptist Schools, 2020-21 was a year of transformation and comprehensive rebranding.
